OUR POLICIES

Refund and Re-do:

  • If your nails are scratched or mis-shaped, we will fix them only if you notify us within 24 hours of the service.

  • You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 3 days from your initial service.

  • We will not offer any refund or credit because you simply changed your mind.

  • We will redo any service at no cost if you are unsatisfied with the quality of our work, provided that you notify us immediately.

  • We will charge you for the cost of any repairs due to you changing your mind of the color, the shape of the nails or any damages caused by you. 

Appointment:

  • Please contact us if you are going to be late to an appointment. If you arrived more than ten minutes late, we cannot guarantee completion of the services booked but we’ll make every effort to do so.

Personal Items:

  • We are not responsible for any loss or damaged personal articles including clothing and accessories occurred in our establishment.

Payment Methods:

  • Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and TOP NAILS Gift Certificates are acceptable for all services and products. All other forms of payments, including checks, will not be accepted.

Gift Certificates:

  • No cash advances: You cannot obtain any cash advance with your Gift Certificate or redeem your Gift Certificate for cash.

  • We do not redeem any expired Gift Certificates.

  • Lost or stolen Gift Certificates will not be replaced or refunded.

Health Liabilities:

  • We request that you inform us of any allergies or medical conditions prior to any services. This is to insure whether or not the services can be safely performed.

  • We are not liable to any harm that may cause by our service if you fail to inform us before the service begins.

Rights of Refusal:

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
